What are your freediving goals? Are you stuck at a certain point? Simply want to improve some aspect of your diving? With individual coaching you will get three 30 minute sessions to develop a training program to help you reach your goals whether they be spearfishing, pool work, static time, you name it.

Session 1: Where are you currently at with your freediving? Where would you like to be? What training are you currently doing? We will offer some initial suggestions to add into your routine.

Session 2: As needed we will have a plan developed for you catered to your goals and lifestyle.

Session 3: Check in on progress, get/give feedback and make necessary adjustments for continued progression.

Regular training beyond this will be determined and scheduled with your instructor.

Dates and times will be coordinated with your instructor and sessions will be either in the shop or via zoom.
